About Our Artwork

Q: Are your pieces original or reproductions?
A: BRAVOARTS offers both original mixed-media artworks and high-quality canvas reproductions of select pieces.
Each reproduction is carefully color-matched and printed using museum-grade materials for lasting vibrancy.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our originals combine oil, acrylic, spray paint, silk, denim, collage, thin cement and other unique textures such original and authentic Designer Luxury materials.
Each collection is designed to reflect a blend of street culture, luxury, and emotion — a true BRAVOARTS signature.

Q: Do your prints come signed or numbered?

A: Only original artworks come hand-signed and numbered by the artist, Richard Bravo, and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Our canvas prints and reproductions are crafted using the same high-quality materials as the originals but are not signed or numbered unless specified as a limited-edition release.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 7–10 business days.
Custom sizes or special requests may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on production time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your customer account to check your order status anytime.


Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

A: Yes. We never share or sell your information.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you accept returns for change of mind?
A: Because each piece is made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
However, reach out to us — we’re happy to work with you on a solution.

Q: Can I request a custom size or commission?
A: Yes! We accept limited custom commissions and personalized size requests.
